The goal of these events are to create an engaging and positive environment for newcomers to learn chess. Additionally, we help highschool students create meaningful experiences by giving them volunteer opportunities to help teach K-8 students chess. In the long run, we hope foster more recognition for chess and it's benefits as well as equip the youth with valuable pattern recognition and critical thinking skills that will help them further in life
